The park is maintained by your Homeowners Association for the enjoyment of all residents of Lake Bernadette Gardens from dawn until dusk, but it is off-limits to all after sundown. Can I just stack downed tree limbs and moss around the base of a tree or in a pile in my yard?
No, this is only a temporary solution and not in keeping with our deed restrictions. These branches should be removed from your property as soon as possible. You can bundle and tie them with twine or rope into manageable 3 foot lengths and they will be picked up by Waste Connections of Florida. Another option, take them to the Solid Waste Facility on Handcart Road.
