Welcome to Lake Bernadette – The Gardens
We are located in West Zephyrhills, just 25 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. The Gardens was the Phase 1 neighborhood created in the Lake Bernadette Community.
Our Community
We are a separate entity from the thirteen other subdivisions in the Lake Bernadette HOA. All of our property owners enjoy spacious yards ranging in size from half acre to full acre lots with mature trees.
Zephyrhills
Home to Zephyrhills High School, Stewart Middle School and three public elementary schools. There are also numerous private and charter schools in the area.
Quiet Comfort
Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, while being located a short distance from premier shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Family Friendly
Our section has low annual Property Owner dues. Our community offers a well-maintained picnic pavilion with playground equipment for the children and an area to play sports.
